After you install the Wireless Bluetooth Connection, the Ready light on the interactive whiteboard remains red and the SMART control panel displays a No SMART Boards are connected message. The interactive whiteboard doesn’t respond to your touch, and you’re unable to write or draw with digital ink.

The firmware in the interactive whiteboard’s controller module doesn’t support the Wireless Bluetooth Connection hardware.

Update your computer to the latest SMART software, and then update your controller module to the appropriate SMART product firmware.
